Render vs reality: we compare photos of O2 Residence with the visualization of houses

If you see opposite means in the word “renderality” and believe that such a “reality” does not exist, together with O2 Residence we want to convince you otherwise.

Rendering is a special term by which we denote the moment of readiness of the house as on rendering. Although the construction of O2 Residence is still ongoing, we want to compare the photos and visualization of buildings, which we did at the design stage of our area.

Houses №1 and №3 were included in the footage. In these neighborhoods, the facades of residential floors have already been finished, and windows and balcony railings have been installed. Currently, finishing works are being carried out in public places, tiles are being laid on 2-6 floors and low-current systems, external networks, water supply and sewerage, heating and ventilation are being installed.
